从此次曝光的谍照来看，腾势N8L在外观设计采用腾势家族最新的设计语言，狭长的大灯组配合封闭式前格栅，整体营造出大气的视觉效果。同时，该车还采用了尺寸颇大的梯形进气口，有着不错的辨识度。

尾部方面，其整体造型依旧采用方正硬朗的设计风格，搭配上方尺寸较大的扰流板，看上去十分大气。同时，相较腾势N9来看，腾势N8L的牌照架位置由后备厢中间移到了后保险杠的位置，使整体尾门的造型更加简洁，整体度更高。尺寸方面，该车已于此前完成申报，长宽高分别为5200/1999/1990（1820）mm，轴距为3075mm。
